Reviewed by the CasinoOnlineReviews deskUpdated Written for readers in the United States

Finding the perfect slot machine strategy that guarantees the big win is not as easy as playing online slots. No rules or strategies are required if you are playing slots for fun. But if you are looking to play online slots for real money, you are going to need more than just placing a bet. Winning casino slot machines is not as easy as pushing the play button, and random number generators don’t make it any more straightforward.

It is important to remember that there isn’t a set way to bet online slots or predict what happens on spins. There are a lot of best online casino strategies and tips given on the internet on winning internet slots. We know how overwhelming it can get trying to find the best slot machine strategy, which is why we have narrowed it down out top 5 tricks on how to win at casinos every time, well maybe not every single time depending on lady luck.

Online Slots Strategy: Top 5 tricks to winning on slot machines

1: Budget

Playing slots online is about having fun, and so is setting a reasonable gambling budget. You don’t want to gamble away your rent money in the hopes of winning big. It is important to remember that even with a slot machine strategy in place, there is a possibility of losing money, betting with money you can’t afford to lose wouldn’t be the greatest idea. A strategic betting pattern can help you control your bankroll and ensure that you don’t overspend quickly. We also recommend having a loss limit before playing. Decide beforehand how many slot games you are willing to lose consecutively before giving up.

2: Pick your slot

Without the perfect slot, a winning slot machine strategy is useless. Not only do you have to go for slots that suit your budget, but you want to go for slots that meet your entertainment requirements. You also need to go for the highest paying slot machines that offer good paybacks. You are looking to play on slots with a return to player of about 90 percent.

3: Free Spins? Yes, please.

Who doesn’t like bonuses? Most internet casinos that offer online slots will provide you with welcome bonuses, free spins or cash. Bonuses could give you a chance to win big at no cost to you. Free spins are a perfect way to learn the game, how to bet and build your bankroll.

4: Check the slot volatility

Picking your winning slot looks for the risk level, as known as volatility or variance. High volatility slots have rarer but bigger wins. A lower volatility means smaller but more frequent wins. You can suss out the slot volatility by doing research on the casino or playing slots for free.

5: Chase the jackpots

So, you are asking yourself how to win jackpots on the slots machine. There are two types of jackpots, random and progressive slots. Choosing between the two should depend on your bankroll. Random Jackpots are fixed and pop up at any time. Playing random jackpots increases your odds of hitting the big jackpot, whereas progressive jackpots tend to require high bets to increase your possibility to win the big prize. If you are determined on winning big then playing progressive slots is your big shot. The odds of winning at a progressive slot are comparable to those of winning the lottery.
