Sunset Delight Slot Gameplay

Instead of traditional reels, three ice cream cones land on the countertop, followed by three sunny scoops of ice cream. These are the symbols of the game and represent the normal icons as well as the scatter, multiplier, and wild.

These can trigger the bonus game and free spins across the five paylines, which always remain active. While you can set your bets and number of auto-spins, the other controls are standard. You can turn the sound on or off and view the rules or paytable at any time.

Bonus Features

When you play Sunset Delight, you still need to match three or more scoops on top of the cones. There are only seven of these in the bonus and base games, with the multi-flavored pink W scoop acting as the game’s wild, which pays out 15x on three matches.

A wafer indicates the scatter on any scoop, which triggers the bonus game if you land three. You’ll immediately open the free spins feature to start getting multipliers.

Another wafer indicates the +1 step/spin symbol in the bonus game. The Step scatter bumps you up the multiplier ladder, and Spin awards another free spin.

Earning additional free spins is exciting because there are 41 300 coins in the total jackpot. There’s also a 100x multiplier you can trigger with the scoops we mentioned for big wins.

Besides a craving for ice cream, you’ll be watching closely for these high-paying scoops to get more wins:

RTP, Volatility & Limits

While this ice-cream-themed classic slot might seem like a low payout game, it’s actually a high-variance title. Essentially, this means that the slot has a lower probability of wins and payouts.

Overall, the slot game has a payout percentage of 96.3%, right in the sweet spot. Basically, you can expect more money from fewer paylines and smaller bets from Sunset Delight.

Sunset Delight Slot: Overall Rating

All in all, Sunset Delight is a straightforward game with plenty of wins and extra spins. If you’re looking for something less challenging, we highly recommend this game.

When you factor in the many bonus features and the jackpot, it’s still an exciting game to play. Plus, you can have all the ice cream you want without gaining a pound.

So, with that in mind, we’re awarding Thunderkick’s Sunset Delight slot a four-star rating out of five.
