If you want to know how to win at craps, you have come to the right place. There are various ways to make sure that you have the best possible chance of winning the game of craps. Craps is quite an exciting game that many players enjoy playing because it can e played with a low house edge.

However, you need the best strategies to help you avoid the sucker bets that the game of craps provides. The best thing you need to do as a player is to protect your bankroll and have the best way to win when you are playing craps.

One of the first things you have to do to place yourself in the best possible strategy that you can use when you are playing craps is to learn how to play the game first. The rules are essential if you want to win at craps. However, there are other things that you can do to make sure that you win.

Tips to Win at Craps

1. Place the Best Bet

It may seem like a no-brainer to pace the best bet. However, if you don’t know which bet is the best in craps, you will not know if you want to place it. So, one of the things you need to do when you are playing craps is to learn which bets have the lowest house edge. If you use wagers that have a low house edge, you will determine that the house will only have an advantage of 1.40%

2. Laying and Taking Odds

There is one bet on craps that does not have a house bet at all. This one is called laying the odds. However, you have to place either the Pass or the Come Bet.

The point will be thrown first, which will give you the option of betting up on some of your multiple Pass line wagers.

So, you can vary your multiples by one, two, or three times the original bet. So, once you have placed any of these bets, your hope from then on is to have a point rolled again on the dice before seven appears.

3. Play the Field Bet

If you are one of those players that like to see a one-roll bet, but you still want to place a bet that has low odds. Then the field bet is the way to go. The house edge of the field bet is 5.56%. You may think it is higher than other bets that you can place, that’s true. But it is better than all the proposition bets that you will find.

4. Use the 5-Count Craps Method.

The 5-count craps method is not for players that like the thrill of the bet. The strategy is quite simple, and it allows you to keep your cool while playing.

Luckily, the best thing about this bet is that it will help you minimize your losses when you are playing. However, keep in mind that the house edge of the bets available will stay the same.

So, the purpose of the method is to make sure that you don’t empty your bankroll on bad shooters. Instead, with this method, you will be able to cash in on the bad shooters that reach five points or less.

5. Practice your Strategies

The more you practice, the better you will be at playing craps. What’s more, you’ll get a chance to practice all the strategies that you have learned.

Another thing that you need to keep in mind is that even the best caps players have lost before. So, don’t get discouraged when you lose a few rounds or entire games. It’s par for the course in gambling.

But don’t lose heart, make sure that you know the rules and have tried all the different strategies through gameplay.
